Storm and then received his undergraduate degree from St. Edward's
University in Austin, Texas where he graduated with honors. While at
St. Edward's, he served as an editor of the University's newspaper and
founded a box distribution company. After graduating from St. Edward's,
he attended law school at South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas
and graduated in 2001.
Mr. Smith has considerable experience in international law and in
international affairs. He has language skills in German, Chinese and in
